1. Overview

SalamAir’s Priority service offers customers enhanced convenience by offering them priority check-in, additional carry-on baggage allowance, and priority boarding. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and pricing structure associated with the service. SalamAir reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue this service at any time without prior notice.

2. Standard Boarding and Carry-On Policy

All SalamAir passengers are entitled to carry one small cabin bag (up to 5 kg) that must fit under the seat in front of them. Passengers wishing to carry additional or heavier carry-on bags must purchase the Priority service. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or additional charges at the gate.

Passengers purchasing Priority are entitled to the following:

  • Priority check-in at airport check-in counters.
  • One additional 10 KG Trolly bag on board (e.g., a cabin bag weighing up to 10 kg) in addition to their standard small 5kg bag.
  • Priority boarding.

Disclaimer: Purchasing Priority does not guarantee space in the overhead bins. Overhead storage is subject to availability, and SalamAir may require certain items to be checked in if space becomes limited.

  • Eligible Items: Priority covers one additional 10 KG Trolly bag on board and one small bag. Standard carry-on restrictions, including weight and size limitations, apply.
  • Non-Transferability: Priority benefits are non-transferable between passengers and non-refundable once purchased.
  • Enforcement at Gate: Any additional items/bags without Priority tags or items exceeding Priority limitations will be removed at the departure gate and disposed of without liability. Passengers will not be reimbursed for disposed items.
  • Compliance Responsibility: Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that their carry-on items comply with SalamAir’s size and weight limits.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Purchases: Priority purchases are non-refundable, even in cases of passenger-initiated itinerary changes, cancellations, or missed flights.
  • Flight Cancellations by SalamAir: If SalamAir cancels or reschedules a flight, the Priority service may be transferred to the new flight at SalamAir’s discretion. No additional compensation will be provided for unused Priority services.
  • No Guarantees: Priority service availability may be subject to operational limitations. In such cases, SalamAir will offer alternative arrangements but is not liable for any inconvenience caused.

7. Compliance and Liability

  • SalamAir reserves the right to remove or dispose of an unapproved/untagged 10 kg Trolley bag on board at any stage of the boarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all passengers.
  • SalamAir is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the enforcement of this policy, including the removal or disposal of unapproved/untagged 10 KG Trolly bag on board.
  • By purchasing Priority service, passengers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
